DZynSource Mold Engineering Software was written by a mold designer, for his own use, to save time doing engineering calculations. As a result the software has evolved, over the last seven years, into a time saving tool that does engineering calculations and contains a wealth of engineering data from Fluid Dynamics to Thermodynamics and Strength of Materials. The topics go beyond just mold design and cover many molding and production planning modules. There are sections for machining, a hot runner checklist, material properties, and even a vent width calculator.  driven.
As of this writing, the author, Rocky Huber, the Engineering Manager at a World Class ISO 9001-2008 certified mold builder, has 37 years of experience in the moldmaking industry. He has been a moldmaker, foreman, senior designer, engineer, and engineering manager over the course of his career. He received his A.S.M.E. from Worcester Junior College and was graduated Summa Cum Laude. He was graduated from Roger Williams University with a B.S.M.E.T.
Mr. Huber has written articles for MoldMaking Technology Magazine, and was a book reviewer for the former Injection Molding Magazine Book Club. Hi is also listed Who's Who in Plastics and Polymers and is a member of the Pioneer Valley Chapter of the Society of Plastics Engineers

There have been several talented and experienced mold designers and engineers involved in beta testing this product on Microsoft's Windows 9x, NT 4.0, Me, 2000, X, Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems.
